Weddings

Understanding what is special to you and how you want to feel is so important. It’s also a great place to start when you begin to think about planning a ceremony.

We’ll explore what you like and want to avoid. There are no restrictions on the type of ceremony you can have; it can include all the traditions, modern twists, religious content, humour you’d like. Or it could be something completely alternative.

Day or night, indoor or outdoor, licensed venue or not - your ceremony is just that, your ceremony. If you’ve dreamt of a wedding celebration on a beach, at your family home or at the place you first met, you can have it.

My role is to help you celebrate your unique and individual love, in a way that feels right for you.

One of my favourite things about being a celebrant is bringing meaning and personality to ceremonies. I love encouraging couples to think outside the box, explore their wildest dreams and wishes.

It's important to remember one point. In the UK, a celebrant-led ceremony is not legally binding therefore you will need to arrange your legal paperwork separately from any wedding ceremony I create for you. You can legally marry or have a civil partnership at your local registry office which you can simply arrange with two witnesses.

Wedding ceremonies cost from £450.

This includes:

  • An initial consultation at your home
  • A written draft of your service
  • A second version once you have an opportunity to make any amendments
  • Attending a wedding rehearsal
  • Providing the perfect service on the big day

I will also help research the perfect readings, explore adding your own twists and I’ll coordinate the smooth running of the ceremony.

You’ll have a perfect original and one-of-a kind ceremony officiated by me. I’ll leave you with the best memories and a beautiful keepsake presentation copy of your ceremony.
